Made-to-order models, and out-of-stock models have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. They will be individually crafted, packaged and shipped to you, directly from our studio in Vietnam.

Care instructions

  • Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth only. Always switch off the electricity supply before cleaning. If the lamp gets dusty, wrap a multipurpose fiber cloth around a long stick to gently clean it.
  • Bulb Replacement: The bulb is easily replaceable.
  • Repairs & Support: If accidents happen over the years, we’ve got you covered. Our repair kits include everything you need—replacement part, gloves, and tools—for an easy fix. Just email support@bangoibanga.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
